Dave Co-Founded MDM with Mark Seton in 1999. He has worked in fire publishing for over 22 years. He is principally responsible for IFP Magazine.

Mark Seton


Mark is co-founder of MDM Publishing Ltd and runs our APF Magazine. He has worked in the Publishing industry for over 21 years.

Mark Bathard

International Sales Manager

Mark has been involved with the fire publishing industry for over 21 years and is the International Sales Manager for IFF Magazine.

Neil Spinney

Website & IT Manager

Neil, Joined MDM in 2014 from the motor trade industry. He has over 10 years of website and IT management experience

Richard Parsons

Design Manager

Richard graduated with a degree in Graphic Design in 2003. Since then he has worked for several large publishers. He joined the MDM Publishing team in 2014.

Neil Bibby


Neil has 40 years experience in the emergency services and related industries. He had a long operational career, was Country Fire Authority CEO, FPAAust president and an industry Managing Director.

Kevin May

Accounts Manager

Kevin joined MDM in October 2005. He has 30 years of Accounts Management experience.

Neil Wallington

Editorial Consultant

Neil is a former British Chief Fire Officer, a Past International President of the Institution of Fire Engineers, and a holder of the Queen’s Commendation for Brave Conduct. He is the author of 17 books on the work of the fire service, and acts as a consultant with extensive experience in the Gulf on a range of projects.
