Russell is responsible for fleet, PPE, operational equipment and industry involvement in International and Australian Standards. His expertise has strengthened over the course of his career, both at the ACT Fire and Rescue Service and the ACT Emergency Services Agency, to his role at AFAC for the last 15 years.
