Jörg Winkler, Principal of WinTecCon GmbH started in the fire service industry 1993 and worked for some of the most recognized companies in maintenance and training systems for the fire service. In 1996 he became a member of the DIN Standard committee working on all standards related to the design of fire stations, workshops and training facilities.
