Charles Werner is the retired Chief Charlottesville Fire Department and 46 year public safety veteran. He presently serves as Director of the DRONERESPONDERS Public Safety Alliance and was appointed by Virginia Governor Northam to serve as the Chair of the Secure and Resilient Commonwealth Public Safety UAS Sub Panel.
